How Does the Process Work?
Customers can create their own personal photo books using Jostens' online resources, uploading digital photos and adding text "to tell a story as unique as you." A variety of book covers, page colors and styles, along with graphic stickers, icons, spine printing, personalization and other custom features are available.
Jostens accepts photos in jpg/jpeg file format. Jostens also provides an affordable service for capturing photos and slides which are currently in non-digital format. That includes loose photos or 35mm slides housed in albums, shoeboxes, storage containers, etc.

Jostens ships to the United States, U.S. Territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Northern Mariana Islands, Micronesia, Palau, and Marshall Islands), military APO/FPO addresses, Canada and internationally. Jostens does not deliver to P.O. boxes.

Is There a Return Policy?
Yes. States official company policy: "Jostens wants you to be 100% satisfied with the photo book you purchase from our website. If you are not satisfied with your book due to a manufacturing defect or if it arrives damaged, we will reprint your book or issue a refund of your purchase price. Contact us within 30 days from the date of your order to receive a postage paid mailer to return your book."
